Spiritual direction is a conversational and prayerful relationship of seeking God together through the journey of life.
I would love the opportunity to meet with you and listen together with the Spirit as we are present to the presence of God. Leading From A Healthy Soul
Leading From A Healthy Soul is a 4 session course where we will look at external and internal pressures that people face. Topics like the rushed pace of life, avoiding isolation, dealing with anxiety and more.
Cost: $100 (4 sessions)
Can be done either one-on-one or with a group.

The Enneagram and Spiritual Formation
The Enneagram and Spiritual Formation is a 4 session experience where you look at your main Enneagram type and how to integrate it with your own spiritual formation. We explore our core fears, core desires and core motivations and how that impacts our daily life.
